What entry documents and visas are required to visit Serensia Woods? −
Serensia Woods is located in Hengqin New Area, Guangdong Province, Mainland China. Hong Kong and Macau permanent residents require a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit / 回鄉證). International visitors must hold a valid Chinese visa or enter under eligible visa-free transit policies (such as the 144-hour or bilateral visa exemptions).
How do I locate the Serensia Woods chauffeur at the ports? +
Upon clearing customs at either HZMB Zhuhai Port or Hengqin Port, proceed to the designated VIP passenger pickup bay indicated in your booking confirmation. A uniformed Serensia Woods chauffeur holding a digital tablet with your name and our official logo will welcome you and assist with all luggage.
Can I drive my own private vehicle to the sanctuary? +
Yes. Vehicles registered in Mainland China, or cross-border dual-plate vehicles from Hong Kong and Macau ("Northbound Travel for Hong Kong / Macao Vehicles" scheme) can drive directly into the resort. Complimentary covered parking and dedicated EV charging stations are provided for all retreat guests.
Is there any luggage restriction on the complimentary shuttle? +
Each registered guest is entitled to bring up to two standard check-in suitcases (up to 28 inches each) plus one personal carry-on bag. If you have oversized sports equipment (e.g. golf bags, bicycles) or special medical equipment, please notify our concierge 72 hours in advance so appropriate cargo space is reserved.
